Pit Stop grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own car-maintenance tracking.
Pit Stop helps you track and schedule maintenance using intervals and projections you provide. These are general reminders, not professional or mechanical advice. Always follow your vehicle's owner's manual and consult a qualified mechanic for your specific car. Pit Stop is not responsible for missed service, vehicle damage, or any decision made based on a reminder.
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for it. Because Pit Stop keeps nothing on a server, we cannot recover data that is lost if you delete the app or reset your device.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michael Gaff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
